Matt Schmitz
Director of Plant Operations
Matt Schmitz graduated Pana High School in 2002 and attended Lake Land College receiving an Associates Degree in Applied Science in 2005. He began his career at Pana Community Hospital in October of 2017 as a Maintenance Tech. In July of 2023, Matt was promoted to Director of Plant Operations.
