This individual will join a dynamic physical therapy staff in a new Rehab/Wellness Center to assist in daily inpatient/outpatient treatments and in our new aquatic therapy program.  

BC/BE Family Medicine Physician
Pana Community Hospital seeks BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to examine patients to determine presence of disease and to establish preventive health practices; determine nature and extent of disease or injury; prescribe and administer medications and immunizations; perform a variety of medical duties at Community Medical Clinic of Pana, 101 E. Ninth Street, Pana, IL   62557.  Applicant must be able to obtain an Illinois Medical license.
