Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation

Pana Community Hospital’s Cardiopulmonary Rehab program strives to improve the quality of our patients’ lives by helping them achieve and maintain their optimum level of health. The program is designed to increase the patients’ physical fitness and to alter their risk factor profiles by being goal-oriented and educational, with an emphasis on exercise. Once referred by a physician, patients start a program that is individually tailored to meet their needs based on their strength, motivation, and capabilities.

The Cardiopulmonary Rehab program utilizes a wide variety of exercise equipment including treadmills, recumbent bicycles, upper body cycles, stationary bicycles, recumbent ellipticals, recumbent stepper, wall weights and multi-station gyms.

The Cardiopulmonary Rehab Department is open for outpatient services from 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Cardiopulmonary Rehab orders are accepted from any local or out-of-area physician.
