Diagnostic Imaging

Our Diagnostic Imaging Department is comprised of a team of skilled and experienced professionals who are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our surrounding communities. The Diagnostic Imaging Department is fully staffed with registered Radiological Technologists.

Equipped with state-of-the art equipment and technology, the Diagnostic Imaging Department at Pana Community Hospital provides diagnostic services, including Diagnostic Radiology (X-Ray), Bone Densitometry (DEXA), Mammography, CT scanning, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Magnetic Resonance Angiography (MRA), Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound and Echocardiography.

The Diagnostic Imaging Department is open for outpatient services from 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday and from 7:00am to 12:00pm Saturday. Radiology orders are accepted from any local or out-of-area physician. Our staff also provides emergency imaging to the Emergency Department 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

Radiology interpretation services are provided by Central Illinois Radiological Associates, Ltd., an independent radiology group contracted by Pana Community Hospital. For more information about our Radiologists’ group, visit their website at www.cirarad.com.
