Quad County Home Health Agency (QCHHA) is a not-for-profit agency that offers patients comprehensive home health care ranging from basic assistance to high-tech medical treatment. The staff includes licensed nurses, certified aides, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and social workers. These people assist patients by providing intermittent home visits which enable the patients to remain at home. QCHHA is licensed by the State of Illinois and Medicare and Medicaid certified.
The QCHHA includes an Infant and Pediatric Program. This program offers basic educational assistance for new parents as well as high-tech medical treatment.
For more information about any of these services, please call the QCHHA office at 562-6380 or send them an email. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Calls received outside these times are routed to the nurse who is on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week (including holidays) to assist patients after hours.
