Patient Satisfaction Survey Results

Pana Community Hospital regularly surveys it's patients by sending a postage paid survey to their home within a week to ten days after the patient has received service. Patient Satisfaction Survey forms are also conveniently located at patient registration areas and in the departments where patients receive service. These forms are made available to invite and encourage patients and the family members of patients to evaluate the care/service they received at the hospital. By sharing their impressions they assist the hospital in continuing to provide quality healthcare services in a caring and friendly atmosphere.
