Our nurse leadership team assures appropriate nurse to patient staffing ratios.  Ratios are based upon the nursing needs of the patient and the correct assignment of nursing staff based upon the skill level of the staff and the acuity level of the patient care unit.  In compliance with Section 255.150 of the Administrative Code for Public Health (Hospital Report Card Act), the Chief Nurse Executive or designee shall provide information related to questions or concerns about our staffing levels or patient care assignments.
